Our Team

All of our staff have a detailing background, but are still required to go through a minimum of 40 hours of supervised hands on training to ensure the consistency and expectations of our clients are met.  Our mandate is simple, we want to be the premiere go to vehicle detailing facility in the Downtown Calgary area for everyone. Whether you are just in the area for the day enjoying Calgary's vibrant DT shopping, pub and restaurant scene, or you work here.  We want to do our part to add to your enjoyment!


customer service/operations Manager - morgan

Morgan has great customer service skills and always wants to do whats right for the business and the clients. She is proficient and well versed in vehicle detailing, and as part of her continuous personal development, she has now taken on the customer service/operations manager role to increase her knowledge and understanding of the business. ERIck

Erick has a passion for computers and cars. This seemingly odd mixture actually allows for a great combination of linear and process thinking, both are critical to ensuring every auto detailing job is done 100%. Erick is consistently calm and soft spoken when interacting with clients and they react positively to this.

James

Working in customer service at a large grocery store chain allowed James to develop a great attitude and understanding of processes and protocols. Coming to a much smaller organization has allowed James additional freedom to use his judgement vs canned responses. Always prepared to go that extra mile is his motto!

 

Edward

Edward comes to us from a highly regarded hotel chain where he spent over a decade in customer service. Always willing to go that extra mile for clients, his calm demeanor is reassuring and the polar opposite of the intense pace of vehicle detailing.

JOSH

Josh comes back to us on a PT capacity while completing his post secondary. His detailing and customer service skills continue to be top notch.

 

JORDAN

Jordan has a few years of retail customer service experience and is well versed in going over and above for the client. Add in the fact he’s completing a EK3 build, he’s a true car guy!
